Agreement

By accessing Odontista.com or engaging Odontista for services, you agree to these terms. If you represent a legal entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

Services

Odontista provides digital marketing services for dental practices and related businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate statement of work or order that references these terms. Nothing on this website guarantees rankings, patient volume, or revenue outcomes.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely approvals, lawful assets, accurate clinical facts, and necessary account access (e.g., ad platforms, analytics, hosting). Delays on your side may shift schedules without liability to Odontista.

Fees & taxes

Fees are quoted in USD unless noted. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Media spend is billed directly by advertising platforms—not by Odontista—unless explicitly contracted otherwise.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public business information and use it only to perform under the engagement, subject to professional obligations and law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Odontista is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Total liability for any claim related to services in a twelve-month period is limited to fees paid to Odontista for those services in that period, except where prohibited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
